Norman E. Raison IV is an author, educator, and founder of the Raizency Association, an organization specializing in Human Interactions consulting through utilizing the psychology of social relationships. As a Human Interactions Specialist, Norman aids and assists his clients in correctly interpreting and understanding the "why" behind the prevailing behaviors manifested by a social mind. Norman's unique approach to interactions utilizes the social dynamics implicit in all interpersonal, voluntary, reciprocal relationships. and other influential activities that involve the exchanges of ideas or information.

As a human race, we are social creatures coexisting within the context of society. In some form or another, we interact with individuals on a daily basis. These human interactions form the basis for how we understand others as well as how we form our own interpretation of ourselves.
